"SHOPPING CART" and check over your order.
At the bottom right hand corner of the page you will see the "CHECKOUT" button, Click to proceed to payment.
Please note that this is where you will see the shipping calculation added to your order.
If you are uncomfortable with online shopping payment technology, please feel free to phone us with your order and we will provide you with a calculated order and details for Direct Deposit into our business bank account.
Don't focus on the shape of your heel tips. It all comes down to the measurements of them. We have provided a very easy to use "How to Measure your Heel Tips" page so you can find your perfect fit. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to call us with your measurements so we can advise for you. Remember, one size does not fit all.

All orders will be shipped thru Australia Post with Tracking.
Your items will be packed with love and care so to get them to you in the same perfect condition. Australia Post timing can vary depending on which state is receiving. Western Australia, Tasmania and The Northern Territory can take up to 6 working days.
Express Shipping - Please find an Express Shipping Item on our SHOP page and "Add to Cart" Our Website Host does not accommodate for a simple express feature at this time so we have found a way.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We are more than happy to do exchanges for you if you have ordered the incorrect size. Please follow these simple steps. EMAIL: email@example.com with your name, address, phone number and a brief description of your request for the exchange.
POST: Goods back to our PO Box address.
INCLUDE: A note with full name, what pair/s you would like to exchange for. A PrePaid self addressed 500g satchel bag for your exchange to be sent back to you.
Goods must be unused in original packaging to be accepted.
* We do not refund because you changed your mind or didn't/won't use them. Your request will be politely ignored.
We can't be held accountable for Australia Post not adhering to their own guidelines on delivery.
All orders will be shipped thru Australia Post via Air Mail.
If your Country does not appear in the Shipping Country Selector, please contact us and we will add your Country to the list within 12hours for you so not to delay your orders.
